Monitoring specialist

What will you do?
Your work will
include
- further development and operation of monitoring
- commissioning, system tests and operation of the monitoring solutions used in the department, currently Icinga2, CA Spectrum, PRTG
- carrying out troubleshooting or error corrections or processing them independently
- Patch management using SALT and Spacewalk
- processing of order and change measures or their independent completion
- collaboration in the development of customer-specific solutions
- technical support of service delivery management for existing customers
- maintenance and updating of documentation
What do we expect
from you?
- good knowledge of Linux OS, scripting in Bash-I (or Pearl, or Python)
- knowledge of ZABBIX monitoring solution agent installation, custom metrics and triggers, etc.
- Zabbix and CISCO CCNA/CCNP certification is advantage
- advanced knowledge of designing, configuring and managing networks and network elements – troubleshooting
- experience in providing technical support to the company’s general users
- critical thinking, communicative, responsible, proactive, keen to learn new skills and knowledge
